From its earliest days, Infinitely Xara was guided by a single principle – an uncompromising quest for excellence. This focus helped establish The Xara Palace Hotel and The de Mondion restaurant, annual recipient of countless honours and awards since opening its doors in 1999.
Led by the tireless dedication of Chef de Cuisine Kevin Bonello and his hand-picked team of vastly experienced professionals, Infinitely Xara Catering has nowadays grown to encompass de Mondion restaurant, Xpresso Café and Bistro at Palazzo de Piro, Trattoria AD 1530, The Xara Lodge and specialized Outside Catering.
15 years on, numerous local and international accolades and awards later and a meteoric expansion under our belts, the initial resolve and focus remains unchanged and has only grown from strength to strength.
This commitment is reflected throughout our operations, more so in catering to a once-in-a-lifetime wedding reception, where nothing short of the very best will ever do.
Operating out of state-of-the-art purpose-built kitchens at each of the Infinitely Xara wedding venues, the catering team prides itself in the creativity and innovation behind the menu selections, with all items being prepared entirely on-site, using only the freshest of seasonal ingredients.
Whether our couples choose to start from preset menus or craft their own specific requirements, each wedding reception is an individually tailored affair, with flexibility and flair being paramount.
In addition, The Infinitely Xara Catering team also offers 32 different types of food stations, crafting quasi endless combinations of spreads, ensuring that each wedding is entirely unique.
Our wedding co-ordinator also consults personally with each couple throughout the planning phases in order to help guide throughout the selection process and to ensure that the quality and expectations established at the preliminary food tasting session are met and surpassed on the big day itself.
